  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated as per policy.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.

  • In case of self-return, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
